Terms of service

Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Carenae store, operated by ROBERTO CREATIONS LLC ("we", "us"). By placing an order you accept them.

1. Who we are

ROBERTO CREATIONS LLC, 3533 Olde Winter Trl, Poland, OH 44514, United States. Contact: +1 (330) 599-6177 or support@carenae.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase from this store.

3. Pricing โ€” VIP and Guest

Products on this store are shown at two prices:

  • VIP Price โ€” available only to active VIP Members. Selecting it adds a VIP Membership to your cart, which is an automatically renewing $29.99/month subscription.
  • Guest Price โ€” the standard price, with no membership and no recurring charge.

The full membership terms are set out in our VIP Membership Terms, which form part of these Terms. If you buy at the VIP Price, you are enrolling in a recurring paid subscription.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel any order, including where an item is unavailable or a price has been listed in error. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.

5. Pricing errors

We take care with pricing, but if an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price we may cancel the order and refund you rather than supply at that price.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this store is owned by or licensed to ROBERTO CREATIONS LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. These Terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, and the courts of Ohio have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
