Carenae VIP Membership Terms

Please read these terms carefully. The Carenae VIP Membership is an automatically renewing paid subscription. By enrolling, you authorise recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.

1. What the membership costs

  • The membership fee is $29.99 per month.
  • The first charge is taken at the moment you complete a checkout that includes the VIP Membership.
  • The membership then renews automatically every 30 days at $29.99 per month.
  • Charges continue until you cancel. There is no fixed end date and no minimum term.
  • All prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable sales tax, which is shown at checkout.

2. What you receive

  • Member pricing on every item in the Carenae store, shown as the "VIP Price" on each product page.
  • $24.99 in store credit each month. See section 3 — this credit expires.
  • Priority shipping on all orders placed while your membership is active.
  • Priority access to sales, promotions and new arrivals.

3. Monthly store credit — important expiry terms

  • Active members are issued $24.99 in store credit at the start of each monthly billing cycle.
  • The credit expires at the end of that same billing cycle. It does not roll over, accumulate, or carry into the following month. Unused credit is forfeited.
  • Store credit has no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash, and is not refundable.
  • Credit may be applied to merchandise only. It cannot be applied to the membership fee itself, to shipping charges, or to taxes.
  • All store credit is forfeited immediately and permanently when a membership is cancelled or lapses for non-payment.

4. Enrolling

You enrol by using the VIP ADD TO CART button on any product page. Doing so adds both the discounted VIP item and the VIP Membership to your cart. The membership, its price, and its renewing nature are disclosed on the product page and in your cart before you pay. Completing checkout constitutes your express informed consent to recurring billing on these terms.

If you do not want a membership, use GUEST ADD TO CART instead and pay the standard non-member price. No membership is added and no recurring charge is created.

5. How to cancel

You may cancel at any time, for any reason, effective before your next renewal. Cancellation is not conditional on giving a reason and is not subject to any fee.

We action cancellation requests within one business day and send written confirmation by email. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Your benefits and member pricing continue until the end of the cycle you have already paid for.

6. Failed payments and changes

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend benefits until payment succeeds. If payment cannot be taken, the membership will lapse.

We may change the membership fee or benefits. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before any change takes effect, and you may cancel before it does. Continued membership after the notice period constitutes acceptance.

7. Refunds of membership fees

See our Refund Policy. In short: the current month's fee may be refunded if you contact us within 14 days of that charge and have not used member pricing or store credit during the cycle.
