Privacy Policy

ROBERTO CREATIONS LLC ("we") operates the Carenae store. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what rights you have.

1. What we collect

  • Information you give us: name, billing and delivery address, email address, telephone number, and order history.
  • Payment information: processed by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring site, via cookies and similar technologies.

2. Why we use it

  • To take payment for, fulfil and deliver your orders.
  • To administer VIP Memberships, including recurring billing and monthly store credit.
  • To provide customer service and handle returns.
  • To detect and prevent fraud.
  • To send marketing messages only where you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.
  • To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

3. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with parties who need it to provide this store: our ecommerce platform, payment processors, shipping carriers, and email provider. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

4. How long we keep it

Order records are retained for as long as needed to meet tax and accounting obligations — generally seven years. Marketing contact details are retained until you unsubscribe.

5. Your rights

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to marketing. Email support@carenae.com and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act.

6. Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, and understand how the store is used. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the store may then not work.

7. Children

This store is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

8. Changes

If we make material changes to this policy we will post the updated version here.
